
A major retail center in Shanghai, Xuhui is home to mega malls, electronic superstores, and a sprawling home furnishings district. The north west area includes some of the cities most well preserved lane houses and garden villas. Xuhui is becoming a major transportation hub with stations for Metro line 1,3, and 4, and is extremely convenient for professionals who often commute to Pudong.
Living AreaTianping Road & Hunan Road community. This tree lined north east area straddling the edge of the French Concession and Xu Jia Hui Park, is popular with both expats and locals who desire to live a quiet prestigious neighborhood while still living in close proximity to down town.
XuJiaHui community. A fast paced modern suburb with scores of new high rise apartment compounds, this neighborhood is home to a large percentage of Shanghai's young professional population who enjoy living close to the large malls and Metro station.
