ABOUT LIVING IN LUWAN DISTRICT
Nestled in the west part of the old French Concession, Luwan District is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Shanghai that retains much of its original architecture. Large shady trees line the promenade along Huaihai Road and Ruijin Road, and Shanghai's residents pack the streets on weekends to window shop and people watch in cafes.
